Spooky Season Sunday Sound Bath with Caitlyn Wakeman
Join special guest Caitlynn Wakeman as she leads us in a Singing Bowl Meditation during this special Spooky Season Sunday Sound Bath in the garden at Le Jardin.
The sacred sounds of the crystal singing bowls create a space for your body, mind, and spirit to rest and heal.
The vibrations and frequencies the bowls emit significantly reduce tension, lower levels of anxiety, depression, anger, and even physical pain.
The healing vibrations of the singing bowls will provide an evening of grounding, healing, and clarity as the veil thins leading up to All Hallows Eve.
Bring pillows, blankets and mats if you would like to lay down on the grass. Chairs are available.
