We’ll explore how codependency shows up on an energetic level and practice techniques like grounding, cord awareness, and energy protection. Come learn skills you can take with you into relationships, conflict, and everyday life, so connection doesn’t have to mean self-abandonment.

These tools are meant to complement, not replace, emotional work, therapy, and recovery spaces, offering another way to listen to yourself and trust what you feel. You don’t need to identify as “psychic” or have prior experience, just curiosity and a desire to relate to yourself and others with more clarity and care.
